Bouncy Castle Hire – Terms & Conditions

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment

  • Full payment must be made before delivery and setup, or on arrival before the equipment is set up, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Prohibited Items

To protect our equipment, the following are strictly prohibited on or around the bouncy castles:

  • Face paints
  • Henna tattoos
  • Glitter
  • Silly string
  • Sharp objects
  • Glasses ( Should be removed before use )
  • Food or drinks

Any of the above can cause damage or staining to the equipment.

3. Wet Clothing & Water

  • No wet clothing, wet users, or water are permitted on the inflatable unless it has been specifically hired as a water inflatable.
  • This helps keep the equipment clean, hygienic, and safe for all customers.

4. Cleanliness

  • The equipment must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was delivered.
  • If excessive cleaning is required, a cleaning charge will be applied.

5. Damage

  • The person hiring the equipment is responsible for its care during the hire period.
  • Any damage, loss, or misuse of the equipment will result in the customer being liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.

6. Weather & Cancellations

  • In the event of extreme weather, particularly heavy rain or high winds, we reserve the right to cancel the hire for health and safety reasons.
  • If this happens, you will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative hire date, subject to availability.

7. Access Requirements

  • Clear and safe access must be available for delivery and collection of the equipment.
  • We cannot carry inflatables through houses, as this may cause damage to walls, doors, door frames, flooring, or other property.
  • Access should be through gates, garages, or other suitable outdoor routes.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Before placing your order, please measure all access points, including gates, garage doors, alleyways, and any narrow gaps, to ensure the inflatable can fit through.
  • If the equipment cannot be delivered due to insufficient access, cancellation charges may apply.

9. Safety

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while the equipment is in use.
  • Any unsafe behaviour may result in the hire being stopped without a refund.
